4. Portfolio work, client logos & ownership
Many of the projects shown in this portfolio were created while working with agencies, companies or teams. In those cases, the underlying brands, trademarks, products and final deliverables remain the property of those organizations.
- The portfolio is a curated record of contributions, skills and processes. It is shown purely as a professional reference, not as a transfer of any intellectual property.

5. Minimal information we handle
This website is intentionally designed to use a minimal amount of personal data: mainly contact details you choose to share and technical information needed to keep the site secure and functional. Sensitive categories (such as health data, political opinions or similar) are not deliberately collected.
6. Connected services & infrastructure
To keep the portfolio online, fast and secure, and to communicate with you, a small set of third-party providers is used:
Hostinger (hosting & email)
Provides the physical hosting environment for WordPress, media files and the email account used to receive contact form submissions.

Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs) are generated when you visit the site. Contact form messages are delivered to a Hostinger email inbox and stored there as regular email correspondence.
WordPress + Elementor
Used as the content management system (CMS) to build and update pages, and to power the contact and project-intake forms.
View data flow
Form submissions are stored temporarily in Elementor Submissions and delivered by email. They may include your name, email, project description and any additional information you choose to provide.
Cloudflare (CDN & Turnstile)
Used as a content delivery network (CDN) and security layer, and to provide the privacy-friendly Turnstile CAPTCHA protecting forms against bots.
View data flow
When you visit the site or submit a form, Cloudflare may process your IP address, device information and limited cookies to detect malicious traffic and ensure performance. This is done for security and anti-abuse purposes only.
Google Analytics
Used to understand how the portfolio is used (which pages are visited, approximate regions, devices) in order to improve the content and overall experience.
View data flow
Google Analytics may process IP addresses, device identifiers and events such as page views or clicks. Settings are configured to collect only what is necessary for high-level statistics, and you can block Analytics entirely using browser add-ons or your own privacy tools.
Mailchimp (contact list & updates)
Used to maintain a curated list of clients and contacts and to send occasional emails about new services, case studies or resources.
View data flow
When you join a mailing list or explicitly agree to updates, your contact details (such as name, email, role, company, country) are stored in Mailchimp. Emails may include basic analytics such as open rates or link clicks, used only to understand what content is useful.
7. No resale of personal data
Personal data collected through this website is used only to operate the portfolio, reply to messages, organize projects and maintain a solid, relevant client base. It is not sold, rented or traded to third parties for their own marketing.
8. Links to other websites
The portfolio may link to external sites (for example client websites, case studies or tools). Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, for which Luis Koepke / Studio Karma is not responsible.
9. Changes to these Terms
This page may be updated when new services are added, technology changes or legal requirements evolve. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date at the top.

Their vision was ambitious: to redefine virtual care for the next decade — integrating accessibility, continuity, and technology into a seamless, human-centered experience.
We began by developing a strong and flexible visual identity. The new brand conveys trust, warmth, and modernity, reflecting the company’s mission to make digital healthcare feel more human. Every element — from color and typography to visual tone — was designed to express innovation without losing empathy.
From there, the focus shifted to translating that identity into a cohesive digital ecosystem: a platform that is clear, inclusive, and user-oriented. Each design decision — from typographic hierarchy to interface interactions — was guided by one principle: remove friction and enhance accessibility on any device.
The result is a brand and experience that position Next Health as a next-generation leader in virtual care — human, integrated, and ready to evolve with the future of healthcare.
We built a warm, modern brand and a clear, accessible platform—reducing friction at every step and positioning Next Health as a human-centered leader in virtual care.
